Warranty
We promise 1 year warranty included against defects in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover misuse (i.e. liquid, sand, impact damage, etc.).Repair is free but buyer pay shipping cost.
Quality Problem
The items we sold is in good condition and have been chacked carefully before shippment.We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.
DSLR cameras and lenses are high-value items and we hope you have a perfect shopping experience. However, if you have any questions about the quality of the purchased product (including you think it does not working properly), be sure to provide a test report issued by the manufacturer’s official customer service center to prove that the product is defective. On this basis we can negotiate a return or partial refund solution. If you can not obtain the official test certificate, You can return the goods on the premise of the seller’s consent (buyer bear return cost).
Shipment
We ship it via EMS/DHL/China Post Air Mail at the first time from Shenzhen China after you place order and payment successful.
(*) Per international transportation law, the Li-Ion batteries must be equipped in the device during air shipment. Thus we physically install the Li-Ion battery into the camera body before the camera is shipped.
Important!!!The cameras and lenses value expensive, Please personally check to confirm the items is not damaged in the time of delivered. Otherwise you should declare items damaged and request the post office/logistics company to issue the offical certification documents.
Customs Duty
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Legal Efforts are made to reduce applicable import duties (or GTS or V.A.T. or other Taxes) in various countries, and in most cases there is little or none payable. However, this transaction excludes such fees (if applicable). We will do the best we can in order to legally minimize your VAT exposure on your request. Under any circumstances, we will not be responsible for taxes (VAT).
